Ready to apply? We're excited to learn more about your child and your family. Our application process is designed to help us understand each student as an individual—how they learn, what helps them thrive, and how West End Day School might support their growth.

Our online application is a two-step process:

STEP 1: Complete the Admissions Application below, and pay the $100 non-refundable Application Fee.

STEP 2: After completing Step 1, you will receive an email asking you to complete a Provider Information and Consent Form and upload any requested documentation which may include:

  • Photograph of your child
  • Neuropsychological and/or educational evaluations
  • Most recent report card
  • Immunization and Health Record

Please note: Step 1 of the application must be completed in one sitting. You will not be able to save your progress and return later. We recommend reviewing the application beforehand and setting aside enough time to complete it in one session.
